Email Questionnaire is totally email based. As long as you can access a SMTP and POP (or IMAP) servers, questionnaires can be sent and responses can be collected immediately. No need to share bandwidth with other users and bear slow access rate. The questionnaires and results are saved securely in your place. You have all control over them.

Email Questionnaire is a handy application that allows users to send email surveys or feedback request forms to customers, subscribers, employees, or other target groups.The program features a simple and user-friendly interface, which does not require any HTML knowledge. And the program does not need even an intermediate web server to process the results, since it is completely email based. With this program, users can send individual HTML forms to certain recipients, who can later submit the completed forms via email. What is more, it has the ability to get and analyze results from your email client to create later a statistical report with pie chart and bar graphs, showing the results of the survey. The program comes with pre-made customizable questionnaires in different areas, and users can also create their own, using WYSIWYG form design and editing feature. It also includes more than 30 customizable templates to choose from and users can import their own as well. Other useful features include mail merge, personal FAQ library and more. |
